You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: illegal goods and services, malware, deceptive practices, and content that violates third-party rights.

6. Publisher Terms

Publishers must own or have proper authorization for all websites where Pops.gg services are implemented. Publishers agree to implement our services properly and not to artificially inflate impressions, clicks, or engage in fraudulent traffic generation.

7. Payment and Billing

Advertisers will be charged according to our current pricing structure available on the platform. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Publishers will be compensated according to the terms agreed upon in their account settings. Minimum payout thresholds may apply as specified in your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspected fraudulent activity pending investigation. All payments are subject to verification and compliance checks. Payment terms are strictly B2B - we do not process payments for individual consumers.

Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by UK law. All fees and rates are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or compliance requirements. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASH.BH LTD and Pops.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CASH.BH LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Disclaimer

POPS.GG does NOT provide:

• Cryptocurrency or blockchain-related services
• Consumer financial services or payment processing
• Investment advice or financial products
• Gambling or betting services
• Direct-to-consumer (C2B) services

We operate exclusively as a B2B digital advertising and traffic monetization platform. All services are provided to registered businesses only.
